Estimates

Construction and renovation always involve financial outlay. Clear control is needed, and estimate documentation makes that possible.

Without an estimate you only have approximate figures. As work proceeds, costs may exceed expectations, or materials of the wrong quality, type, or manufacturer may be used.

With an estimate that will not happen. A sound construction calculation lists every construction and installation item with a price for each stage or unit of material. An estimate also lets you choose the most practical way to carry out the work.

Approximate service cost:

  • up to 150 sq. m — 10,000 rubles;
  • up to 250 sq. m — 20,000 rubles;
  • up to 400 sq. m — no more than 30,000 rubles;
  • over 400 sq. m — the price is discussed individually.

A well-prepared estimate is the key to reliable control of construction work and material purchasing.

When a construction contract is signed, the cost of the estimate is fully credited back!
